Before the court is the motion of Defendants Continental General Tire, Inc. (incorrectly identified as GenCorp., Inc., now known as Continental Tire of North America, Inc.,), and Frito-Lay, Inc., requesting to set aside the Entries of Defaults filed in the consolidated cases on June 1, 2001.

Upon review of the motion, and for good cause shown, the motion is GRANTED.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the defaults previously entered as Frito-Lay and Continental are hereby set aside.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
