On June 8, 2001, Magistrate Judge Christopher A. Nuechterlein entered a report and recommendation on the EEOC's motion to join RBK as a defendant under Fed.R.Civ.P. 25(c) and RBK's motion to dismiss. Without objection from the parties, the court has reviewed the report and recommendation and found it to be both accurate and appropriate. For this reason the court ADOPTS the report and recommendation of Magistrate Judge Nuechterlein, GRANTS the EEOC's motion to join RBK as a defendant under Fed.R.Civ.P.25(c) [Docket No. 95] and DENIES AS MOOT RBK's motion to dismiss [Docket No. 103]
