This matter coming before the court on the request by Hayworth Seed Warehouse, Inc. (Claimant), for an order authorizing payment of its administrative expense claim, filed on or about June 22, 2001, and the Creditor Trustee having filed his notice of non-opposition to the request and no other party having filed a written objection within the allotted time,

IT IS ORDERED that the administrative expense claim of Claimant Hayworth Seed Warehouse, Inc., is allowed in the sum of $11,602.81 and that the trustee of the Creditor Trust pay the claim pursuant to the confirmed plan.
