IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the third full sentence on page 3 of the undersigned's Memorandum and Order dated September 6, 2001 is changed to read as follows:

"On July 16, 2000, Lorigo allegedly indicated to the Chairman of the Town of Tonawanda Republican Party that, as punishment for the involvement of the Republican Party in other unrelated countywide petitions, only one of the certificates of authorizations would be filed."
