HATCH v. ABRAMSON, (N.D.Tex. 2001)
BARBARA LYNN, District Judge
On October 30, 2001, the Court ordered Plaintiffs to file, on or before November 9, 2001, a complete copy of the last Complaint submitted, as the Court's copy of Plaintiffs' last Complaint appeared to be incomplete. On November 9, 2001, Plaintiffs filed a Response to the Court's Order in which Plaintiffs stated that they "do not feel at this time that it is in their best interest to file any more amended pleadings. . . . [as each] defendant was clearly provided with the standard requirement of providing them with enough information so that they could clearly be placed on notice that they were being sued. . . ." The Court hereby orders Plaintiffs to appear at a hearing in Courtroom 15B36, 1100 Commerce St., Dallas, Texas 75242, on December 10, 2001, at 4:30 p.m., to show cause why the Court should not impose sanctions upon Plaintiffs, including possible dismissal of their case, for failure to file a complete Complaint in accordance with the Court's October 30, 2001 Order.
SO ORDERED.
