This matter came before the Court for hearing on the Debtors' Motion to Avoid Judicial Lien and the objection thereto by Jennie Tonneson. Debtors appeared through their attorney Holt Guysi. Tonneson appeared through her attorney Will Jeffrey. For the reasons set forth in the Memorandum Opinion entered herewith, the Court finds that the motion is well taken in part.

IT IS ORDERED that the Judicial Lien held by Jennie Tonneson on the Debtors' residence at 124 Espejo NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87123, recorded with the Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on February 4, 1994, in Book No. 94-4, Page No. 8535, Document No. 94016678, is avoided except to the extent of $6,886.00, which amount shall remain as a lien against the property.
