On the 30th day of December 2002, came the plaintiffs Liaison Counsel and moved this Court for additional time of thirty (30) days within which to finalize the report regarding the compensation for plaintiffs' attorneys involved in this litigation. There being no prejudice to the presentation of this case or to any party having an interest in this action,

It is hereby ORDERED that plaintiffs' Liaison Counsel shall file the report on or before January 31, 2003.

The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to send a copy of this Order to the plaintiffs' Liaison Counsel and the defendants' Liaison Counsel.
