ORDER DENYING HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION CLAIM

For the reason stated in the Memorandum of Opinion on Homestead of herewith, the claim of the Debtors in this bankruptcy proceeding, Jose J. Monsivais and wife, Diane B. Monsivais, to a homestead in real property owned by a partnership must be denied.
It is therefore ORDERED that the Debtor's claim of homestead in property owned by a partnership is denied.
