For the reasons stated in the Memorandum Opinion entered this date:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants C-Bass Mortgage Loan Buyout Trust 2000-A, The Bank of New York, and Litton Loan Servicing, Inc. shall pay Kyle and Shannon Mauck $3,285.00 for attorneys' fees and an additional $250.00 for the cost of an appraisal. The total award is $3,535.00 for which the Defendants are joint and severally liable.
