Heard on February 5, 2002, on the Debtor's Motion for a Protective Order and to Remove Marc Wallick as Trustee, and the objection of the Trustee. After consideration of the arguments and for the reasons argued by the Trustee, which are adopted and incorporated herein by reference, the Motion to Remove Trustee is DENIED. Pursuant to the comments on the record of Peter Berman, Esq., attorney for the Debtor, the request for protective order is withdrawn.
