The Stipulation of Voluntary Dismissal With Prejudice filed on 23 January 23, 2002 ( docket No. 711) is hereby GRANTED.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the claims asserted by the PEPSI COLA BOTTLING COMPANY OF PUERTO RICO and CIGNA INSURANCE COMPANY OF PUERTO RICO against the ASSOCIATION OF GUARANTY OF INSURANCE OF ALL CLASSES' be and the same is hereby DISMISSED.
