ROBERT J. STEFFY, the duly appointed and acting Chapter 7 Case Trustee of the Estate of the above-named Debtor, having filed his Report of No Distribution in No Asset I Case (the "Report") showing that he has administered all property of the Estate of the above-named Debtor, or that there are no assets in the Estate and that he has realized mo cash funds from which he can make a distribution, and that as Trustee, he has performed all other duties required of him in the administration of this Estate, and GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFOR,

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Trustee's Report is hereby approved, that the Trustee is discharged and relieved of his trust and all further duties as Trustee, that the Trustee's bond is hereby exonerated, and that the case be closed.
