McBRYDE, Judge

In accordance with the court's memorandum opinion and order of even date herewith,

The court ORDERS, ADJUDGES, DECREES that defendant complied with the procedures set forth in the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1400-85; that the individual education programs for plaintiff developed through the Act's procedures were reasonably calculated to enable him to receive meaningful educational benefits; and, that plaintiff is not entitled to be reimbursed for the cost of his alternative placement; and

The court further ORDERS, ADJUDGES, and DECREES that the February 26, 2001, decision of the special education hearing officer be, and is hereby, affirmed; and

The court further ORDERS, ADJUDGES, and DECREES that all claims for relief made in this action by plaintiff against defendant be, and are hereby, dismissed.
