THIS MATTER is before the Court on Connolly, Rosania Lofstedt, P.C.'s Motion To Withdraw (the "Motion") and related Notice of Withdrawal filed herein on April 8, 2002 in which Connolly, Rosania Lofstedt, P.C seeks to withdraw from the joint representation of Robert Leppo, Ashmeade Equities, LLC and Erickson Holding Corporation herein for good cause. The Court, having reviewed the file, the applicable law, the Motion and being duly advised herein and finding the Motion is supported by good cause and there were no objections filed in opposition to the Motion To Withdraw, hereby

ORDERS the Motion To Withdraw be and hereby is GRANTED.
