The court having entertained the Debtor in Possession's Motion to Enlarge Time and finding good cause for granting the same in that Counsel for Debtor is struggling with a Chapter Eleven Plan and will be off-island from May 4, 2002 through May 20, 2002, the court orders as follows:

1. Said Motion Is granted. The Debtor in Possession shall file her Chapter Eleven plan on or before June 7, 2002.
