Pending before the court is the petitioner's motion for attorney's fees. (Docket No. 155) For the reasons discussed in the accompanying Memorandum, the petitioner's motion is GRANTED, and the petitioner is AWARDED attorney's fees in the amount of $104,839.50, less the allowed set off of $43,169.06, resulting in a total fee award of $61,670.44.
