Per Curiam.
[¶ 1] Shane Wilson, personal representative of the estate of Clayton D. Wilson, appealed from summary judgment dismissing his contract claim on the grounds the statute of limitations had expired. We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(6).
