This matter having come before the Court on Plaintiffs Unopposed Motion for Extension of Page Limitation, the Court having read the Motion, finds that good cause exists and the Motion should be granted. Plaintiff may submit his Response to Defendants Motion to Stay, not to exceed 29 pages combined and the Exhibits not to exceed 100 pages.
