Based upon the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law as recited in the attached Order of the Court, the Motion for Leave to File Amended Proof of Claim filed by United States Fidelity Guaranty Co. ("USFG") is denied as the Court concludes that USFG's actions prior to the deadline for filing proofs of claim are insufficient to constitute an informal proof of claim.
