The court hereby grants the Motion of the Debtor in Possession to employ David J. Highsmith as her attorney in this proceeding. Mr. Highsmith shall serve as said attorney and may pay himself $3,370.00 In attorney's fees for work already done. Mr. Highsmith has earned additional sum of $130.00, but payment of said sum shall be held in abeyance until the hearing on confirmation of the plan.
