Upon good cause shown, and after review of the Petition to Admit Attorney Howard R. Green, Pro Hac Vice, the Declaration of Howard R. Green in Support of the Petition, and the Consent of Eduard A. Calvo to Designation of Local Counsel, and pursuant to GR 17.1(d) and (e) of the Local Rules of the District Court of Guam, the Petition to Admit Attorney Howard R. Green is hereby GRANTED.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Howard R. Green is admitted to pro hac vice on behalf of Debtor Ada's Incorporated for the pendency of the above-captioned case. Eduardo A. Calvo, Calvo and Clark, LLP, is designated as local counsel.
