This matter is before the Court on the Motion for Extension of Time to Respond filed by the Secretary of State, Betsey Bayless and the Citizens Clean Elections Commission.

For good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED that:

The Secretary of State and Citizens Clean Elections Commission may combine their response to all requests for taxation of costs with their response to request for attorney fees. Their responses will be due at the time their responses to requests for attorney fees are due.
