The Court having granted summaly judgment in favor of defendant by Memorandum and Order filed August 2, 2002, and having declined to exercise supplemental jurisdiction of the remaining state law claim, judgment is hereby entered in favor of defendant IBM Credit Corporation and against plaintiff Rajesh Rai.
