The Court HEREBY AMENDS its July 31, 2002 Order, such that any reference contained therein to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 is now replaced by Bankruptcy Rule 9011. Accordingly, the language of lines 12, 13 and 14 on page 5 of the July 31, 2002 Order which read as follows: "pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)(1);(3):(c)(1)(b):(c)(2), for making improper and factually unsubstantiated representations to the Court", shall henceforth be replaced with the following: pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 9011 for making improper and factually unsubstantiated representations to the Court.
