The undersigned having accepted reassignment of the above captioned actions from Judge Daniels, these cases are consolidated with Singleton v. Salomon Smith Barney, Inc., 02 Civ. 3687 (LAK) and consolidated cases and shall be subject to the order, dated August 15, 2002, made therein, which provided, among other things, for a consolidated caption and specified procedures to be followed in filing and docketing papers in these cases.

A copy of this order shall be filed and docketed in No. 02 Civ. 3687.
