For the reasons explained in the Court's Memorandum Opinion, filed contemporaneously herewith, Defendants Bobby Joe Thompson and John E. Potter's Motion to Dismiss or, in the Alternative, for Summary Judgment [Document #5] is GRANTED and all claims asserted by Plaintiff Nickie Jackson Keene against Defendants are hereby DISMISSED.
