In the exercise of this court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in Shannon v. Boise Cascade, 328 Ill. App. 3d 621 (2002), and to reconsider in light of this court's opinion in Oliveira v. Amoco Oil Co., 201 Ill. 2d 134 (2002).
