This matter comes on to be heard upon the debtor's Application to Pay Filing Fee in Installments, and

It appearing to the court that the application certifies that no money was paid to an attorney for services in connection with this case, and

It further appearing to the court that the statement of attorney fees pursuant to Rule 2016(b) filed with the petition indicates attorney fees were advanced to Richard C. Poole in the amount of $300.00, now therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that the debtor's application to pay filing fee in installments is denied, and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the debtor shall pay the filing fee due and owing in this case in the amount of $185.00 on or before September 14, 2002.
