IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That, and the Court hereby concludes and determines that, Creditors United California Bank and O.H. Kruse Grain Milling, each hold valid and enforceable security interests in Debtors' claim against Gietzen Electric, and in any proceeds of any settlement or other recovery on account of said claim.
