For the reasons set forth in a Memorandum of Decision of even date, this Court:

1. Grants the Debtor's Motion to Reopen Case;

2. Voids the Judgment of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Land Court, dated May 5, 1997, foreclosing the Debtor's right of redemption in property located at 4 and 6 McLaughlin Street, in Framingham, Massachusetts; and

3. Sets an evidentiary hearing on monetary sanctions under 11 U.S.C. § 362(h) for December 10, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. in Worcester, Massachusetts.
