Defendants' motion for an order, pursuant to Pretrial Order No. 82, granting a 120 day extension to and including December 26, 2002 for the completion of fact discovery as to plaintiffs' claims in which the defendants commenced depositions prior to the entry of Pretrial Order No. 82 [docket item 651] is granted in view of the large number of plaintiffs whose depositions must be taken and the fact that defendants had completed approximately 440 of a total of 715 of those depositions by the time the motion was filed.
