Defendants Mylan Laboratories, Inc., Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and UDL Laboratories, Inc. (collectively, "Mylan") and Randall's Food and Drug, LP ("Randall's") hereby agree and stipulate as follows with respect to the briefing on Randall's Motion to Extend Time to File Objections to Subponea, Time Having Expired, and Randall's Motion to Quash Subponea.

1. Mylan's memoranda in opposition to Randall's Motion to Extend Time and Motion to Quash shall be filed no later than October 18, 2002.

2. Randall's reply memoranda shall be filed no later than November 1, 2002.
