In conjunction with the Court's Memorandum of Decision on Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment and Plaintiff's Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment, of even date, it is hereby

ORDERED that Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff-Debtor's Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff-Debtor shall submit a Motion for Summary Judgment on his claim of undue hardship within 30 days from the date of this Order and Defendant shall have 21 days thereafter to submit a response.
