Upon this Court's decision dated November 4, 2002 and upon all prior proceedings herein, it is hereby

ORDERED that Secured Creditor Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation ("Chase") be and hereby is sanctioned in the sum of $1,500, which amount shall be paid by Chase to the debtor, Ludmila Gorshtein, within ten days of the date of this Order, and Chase shall electronically file (with a courtesy copy to Chambers) a certification of full payment in compliance with this Order; and it is further

ORDERED that Chase shall not charge the debtor, Ludmila Gorshtein, for any legal or other costs or expenses in connection with any of the motion practice which was the subject of this Court's decision dated November 4, 2002.
