JONES v. KRAMER

The plaintiff's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 72 Conn. App. 789 (AC 21677), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the trial court applied General Statutes § 52-225a appropriately to reduce the jury's award of economic damages by the amount of collateral source payments received by the plaintiff?"
