ORDER AMENDING RULE 8.2, R-00-0017 (Ariz. 2002)

IT IS ORDERED amending Rule 8.2, Rules of Criminal Procedure, as set forth in the attachment hereto, effective on December 1, 2002.

These amendments shall be applicable to all criminal cases in which the indictment, information or complaint is filed on or after December 1, 2002.
