On this day, the Court considered Defendant Paulo V. Ferraz Pereira's ("Ferraz Pereira's") Motion to Substitute Counsel. The Court is of the opinion that the Motion should be GRANTED.

It is, therefore, ORDERED that Mark J. Rochon and the law firm of Miller Chevalier, Chartered, is hereby substituted as counsel-in-charge on behalf of Defendant Ferraz Pereira in this action.

It is further ORDERED that Emmett B. Lewis, also of the law firm of Miller Chevalier, Chartered, be substituted as "of counsel" on behalf of Defendant Ferraz Pereira in this action.

It is further ORDERED that Gibbs Bruns, L.L.P. shall no longer be counsel of record for Defendant Ferraz Pereira in this matter.
