The May 10, 2002 memo endorsed order of Magistrate Judge Eaton set the end of discovery cut-off for October 31, 2002. Accordingly, the joint pretrial order, proposed voir dire, proposed requests to charge, and a summary judgment motion, if plaintiff pro se chooses to file one, are due on Monday February 3, 2002.

Plaintiff pro se is reminded that if he needs any procedural advice he should contact the pro se office at (212) 805-0175. The Court also recommends that plaintiff pro se purchase the pro se handbook from the Pro Se Office, if he has not already done so.
