On December 5, 2002, the debtor filed an Amended Mailing Matrix as instructed by the Court. The debtor's counsel was charged and paid a $20.00 fee, however, this fee was collected in error. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court shall hereby refund the $20.00 fee to the debtor's counsel.
