STIPULATION AND ORDER TO MODIFY DISCOVERY AND MOTION CUT-OFF

Plaintiff and Defendant, by through respective undersigned counsel, jointly request the continuance of the discovery cut-off.

The request for continuance is made as Defendant's counsel needs additional time to respond to outstanding discovery requests as due to recent inclement weather and the fact that Defendant may be off-island.

The parties stipulate that the discovery cut-off shall be continued to January 28, 2003.

The motion cut-off shall be continued to February 27, 2003.

SO STIPULATED:

IT IS SO ORDERED
