Upon the motion (the "Motion") of the above-captioned debtors and debtors-in-possession (collectively, the "Debtors") for an Order pursuant to Rule 1015(b) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, Directing Joint Administration of Related Chapter 11 Cases; the Court having reviewed the Motion and having heard the statements of counsel regarding the relief requested in the Motion; and the court having determined that the legal and factual basis set forth in the Motion establish just cause for the relief granted herein; and

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. The Motion is GRANTED.

2. The Debtors in these chapter 11 cases shall be consolidated for procedural purposes only and jointly administered under the chapter 11 case of Niagara Frontier Hockey, L.P., Case No. 03-10210 K.

3. Pleadings in this case shall be required to bear a caption in the form of the joint administration caption set forth on Schedule 1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, which caption is approved in all respects.

4. A docket entry shall be made in each chapter 11 case of the Debtors (except for the chapter 11 case of Niagara Frontier Hockey, L.P.) substantially as follows:

An order has been entered in this case directing the procedural consolidation and joint administration of the chapter 11 cases of Niagara Frontier Hockey, L.P., Buffalo Sabres Concession LLC, Buffalo Lacrosse LLC, Arena, Inc., Crossroads Arena LLC, The Aud Club, Inc., Buffalo Sabres, Inc., Niagara Frontier Broadcasting Partnership, Sabreland Partnership, and Western New York Hockey Club Partnership. The docket in the chapter 11 case of Niagara Frontier Hockey, L.P., Case No. 03- 10210 K should be consulted for all matters affecting this case.
