ESTATE OF WALKER v. GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION, (N.D.Fla. 2003)
United States District Court, N.D. Florida, Tallahassee Division
Feb 6, 2003
ORDER CLOSING PRETRIAL AND TRIAL MOTIONS
ROBERT L. HINKLE, United States District Judge
This wrongful death action has been tried to verdict. So that the records of the clerk of the court may accurately reflect that certain procedural motions filed prior to or during trial are no longer pending, because they were resolved on the record or otherwise are now moot,
IT IS ORDERED:
Plaintiffs' motions to exclude certain evidence (document 287 and 289), defendant's motion for leave to publish certain materials (document 292), and defendant's motion to deem certain objections waived (document 305), to the extent (if any) not previously resolved by ruling announced orally during pretrial proceedings or trial, are DENIED as moot.
