ORDER DISMISSING CASE
TED STEWART, United States District Judge.
Having reviewed the Stipulation of the Parties compromising and settling all the claims in this action, and finding therein good cause for dismissal of this matter based on that settlement, It is hereby ordered that this action be dismissed. Said dismissal is with prejudice, except only to the extent that any condition of the settlement stipulation is not fulfilled.
