COMMONWEALTH v. BERTHOLD

The orders denying the motions to withdraw the defendant's admission to sufficient facts are vacated. The judgments are reversed, the findings set aside, and the case is remanded to the District Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
