Based upon the findings of fact and conclusions of law set forth in the court's Memorandum Decision of even date herewith, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Motion Under 11 U.S.C. § 110 for Fines and/or Disgorgement of Fees filed by Maureen A. Tighe, United States Trustee for Region 16 ("UST"), against Liz Alba and We the People of Rancho Cucamonga (collectively, "We the People"), is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that We the People is assessed a fine of $50 for its violation of 11 U.S.C. § 110(g)(1) which shall be payable to the Clerk of the Court not later than 30 days from the date of service of this order.

All other relief requested is hereby denied.
