On Motion of Guam Economic Development Authority for continuance of the hearing date on the Motion for Summary Judgment, and good cause appearing; therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that the Cross-Motion for Continuance be and it is granted, and that the hearing date set for February 28, 2003. is vacated and the Motion for Summary Judgment shall not be scheduled for hearing until after the discovery cutoff as set forth in the Amended Second Scheduling Order filed with this Court on February 7, 2003.
