On February 21, 2003, the plaintiff, in the above captioned Adversary Proceeding, filed his Answers to Defendant American Home Assurance Company's First Set of interrogatories to Plaintiff ("Plaintiff's Answers to Interrogatories"). However, pursuant to Local Rule 26.1(a)(4), answers to interrogatories "shall not be filed with the clerk until there is a proceeding in the [answers to interrogatories are] in issue." Presently, the Plaintiff's Answers to Interrogatories are not in issue in this Adversary Proceeding. Accordingly, the Plaintiff's Answers to Interrogatories are HEREBY STRICKEN from the record.
