This Court having issued an order dated November 20, 2002, reopening this case for the limited purpose of determining the validity of the mortgage foreclosure sale in the matter of The Bank of New York v. Sylvia Schleier, Supreme Court, State of New York, County of Orange, Index Number 5408/00, which took place on June 28, 2002, and an evidentiary hearing being held on December 9, 2002 for that limited purpose, it is

ORDERED that said foreclosure sale is invalid; and it if further

ORDERED that this case is closed.
