THIS CAUSE COMING to be heard on the Interim Application (the "Application") for allowance of compensation for professional services rendered and reimbursement of expenses and costs incurred by Neal Gerber as Special Counsel for HA-LO Industries, Inc. ("HA-LO"), Lee Wayne Corporation and Starbelly.com, Inc., debtors and debtors-in-possession (collectively, the "Debtors"), for the period beginning March 20, 2002 and ending November 30, 2002 and the Supplement to the Application filed on March 28, 2003; due and proper notice of the Application and the Supplement having been given to the Debtors and all other parties entitled thereto; and the Court being fully advised in the premises.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT compensation in the amount of $3,300 referenced in paragraph 3 of the Supplement is denied and that Neal Gerber Eisenberg is hereby awarded, and Debtors arc authorized and directed to pay, $532,307.30 as interim compensation and $35,376.06 as reimbursement of expenses for the period from March 20, 2002 through November 30, 2002.
