It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that,

1. Plaintiff Patricia O. Musgrove shall take nothing from her claims against Defendant Mobil Oil Corporation.

2. Accordingly, costs incurred by Defendant shall be assessed against Plaintiff.
